From tool chaos to a marketing symphony: with marble work 2.0, AI agents are no longer locked into yet another window. They work together with people on the same tasks, on the foundation of complete project, client and time management.
AI has long been able to research, write, generate images, analyse campaign data and build reports. The real problem starts afterwards: results sit in a chat, approvals happen in Slack, files travel by email, tasks live in the project tool and time is logged somewhere else again.
That is not automation. That is tool chaos with AI on top.
marble work 2.0 brings this work back together. AI agents, people, tasks, projects, clients, files and time all work in one shared system. Not as a loose collection of features, but as a traceable workflow.

The new core.
A task becomes a shared chain
The core of marble work 2.0 is the new task chain.
A task is no longer just a title and one responsible person. It can contain any number of steps, and for each step the team decides whether an AI agent or a person takes it on.
A typical workflow can look like this:
An agent researches a topic and collects reliable sources.
A second agent turns that into an article in the company's tone of voice.
An editor reviews, trims and approves the content.
An image agent creates the matching cover visual.
Another agent files the finished post in Notion.
The agent researches. You review. The agent publishes. Everything stays one task, with a visible interim status, clear responsibilities and a complete activity log.
When the chain reaches a human step, it pauses and notifies the responsible person. As soon as the approval or the result is in, it continues. Handovers work in both directions, from AI to person and from person to AI, as often as the workflow needs.
If a result needs rework, the task can restart from exactly that step. Earlier versions are kept. Nothing is silently overwritten.
Teammates instead of chat windows.
AI agents instead of one-off prompts
In marble work 2.0, agents are not nameless chat windows. They are set up like team members.
Every agent gets a role, a description of its behaviour, its own AI model, connected tools and reusable skills. That lets an agent work as a copywriter, art director, analyst or researcher, with clear boundaries and a defined brief.
Two more things are essential for reliable results:
Company knowledge: target groups, products, tone of voice, processes and other key information are available to all agents. Relevant entries are automatically included in tasks. Especially important entries can stay permanently active.
Visible memory: agents learn from working with you. What they have learned is never a black box. Memories can be read, edited and deleted. Good insights can be promoted to shared company knowledge.
The same agents are also available in direct chat. What they learn there, they can apply to the next assignment.
Auto-start.
Work that starts on its own
Recurring work should not depend on someone remembering it in time.
With the new auto-start, tasks can run daily, weekly, monthly or on a custom rhythm. Alternatively, a task starts once at its due date. Time and time zone follow the organisation's settings.
A competitor report can kick off every Monday at seven. The agent researches new developments, combines them with data from Google Analytics, writes a summary in the company's tone and turns it into a PDF with charts. By eight, the report is waiting for human approval.
Upcoming automatic runs are visible on the dashboard and directly on the task. If a task is still running or needs attention, no messy duplicate run is started.
Results.
Results that don't get stuck in a chat
Agents deliver their work right inside the task. Text is displayed formatted, files are stored permanently and generated media is picked up automatically.
And marble work handles more than text. Agents can generate images, video and audio, actually see existing images and PDFs, and output finished documents as PDF, with charts if you like.
Files can be attached to a whole project, a task or a single work step. For clients and other external people you can create time-limited preview links, with no marble work login required.
The second pillar.
Not just AI. Complete project management.
An AI platform is worth little in daily work if projects, clients and time still have to be maintained in other systems.
That is why operations are not an add-on but the second load-bearing pillar of marble work 2.0:
- Tasks in board and list view with status, owners and due dates
- Projects and clients with budgets, hourly rates and custom fields
- Subtasks, comments, files, tags and access rights
- Project time via timer or manual entry
- Working hours, breaks, vacation, sick leave and hour account
- Roles and fine-grained permissions for the team
- Exports and branded PDF reports
- Multiple workspaces with one login
Especially interesting is the new project report "AI vs. human". It shows how much work agents have taken on and how much stayed with the human team. The AI contribution is no longer a claim, it becomes measurable.
Connectors.
Your team's tools join in
Agents only deliver real value once they can access the tools where the work already happens.
marble work connects Notion, Google Workspace, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Higgsfield, Nano Banana, ElevenLabs, Lexoffice and many more.
Which specific function an agent needs for a step is chosen by the system itself. Credentials are stored encrypted in the vault and are never handed to the agent or the frontend. Write access is deliberately the exception, and delete actions stay blocked.
Via MCP, marble work also plugs into open AI and developer workflows. The Rocket plan adds a REST API and an MCP server to create or read projects, tasks, agents, skills and knowledge from outside. Starting tasks from outside stays deliberately blocked, because a run costs AI budget and should be triggered under control inside the app.
Cost control.
Your AI key. No artificial credits.
Many AI products sell credits, set monthly caps and add a markup on the actual model costs. marble work takes a different path.
Organisations connect their own OpenAI or Anthropic accounts. Model usage is billed directly by the provider. marble work sets no artificial credit limit and does not earn on a markup on AI costs.
Each agent can get the model that fits its job: an affordable model for routine work, a stronger model for demanding analysis. Requests and token usage stay transparent by model and period.
Reliability.
Built for productive AI, not for losing control
Anyone bringing AI into real client and business processes needs more than good demos.
marble work 2.0 logs executions and changes, keeps result versions and names errors in plain language. Failed steps are retried automatically. Interrupted runs return to the queue after a restart.
Workspaces are separated directly in the database. AI keys and connector credentials are stored encrypted in the vault. The infrastructure runs in the EU and is hosted in line with the GDPR.
Human reviews are not an obstacle to automation but a fixed part of it. Critical decisions stay where they belong.
Who it is for.
For teams that want to take AI out of the experiment corner
marble work 2.0 is built for marketing teams, agencies, small and medium-sized businesses and solo freelancers who want to speed up recurring work with AI without assembling their entire operation from separate point solutions.
No technical background is needed. Agents are described in plain language, not programmed. A guided onboarding helps you set up the workspace, company knowledge, the AI connection and your first agent.
marble work 2.0 turns individual AI capabilities into one shared workflow, and tool chaos into a marketing symphony.
